Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification. To be effective, the counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed by mistake.
  4. Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the material unless we receive notice that the original complainant has filed a court action.
